What's TFP?

TFP stands for "Time For Prints", and it's about when a photographer, a model, make-up artists, stylist, etc. is available to do its work entirely by free, in exchange for receiving the final photos for including them in its portfolio or book. TFCD stands for "Time For CD", and it means the same, except in this case the photos are given in digital format, in a CD or DVD.

To be available for TFP is the best way to start building your own portfolio. Even some professionals are available in some cases for TFP work, because this way they can improve its books by free.

Sometimes TFP also refers to "Trade For Print", "Test For Print" or "Time For Pics". Sometimes also, the concept PFT "Print For Time" is used with the same meanings.
