SHOWstudio: Noir - Dice Kayek / Marie Schuller

Everytime we discover a piece of art like this we get really excited: Videographer Marie Schuller explores the narrative techniques with a nostalgic -and a bit surrealist- view of the noir film classic look. Marie and its team get away from the conventional looks to explore new frontiers on artistic creation, we really loved it!

SHOWstudio's Marie Schuller collaborates with Dice Kayek, a fashion label with roots in Paris and Istanbul, on a fashion film inspired by film noir and German expressionism. Schuller eschews conventional narrative and instead uses the film to explore the complex, varied emotions of a relationship. The film sees model Alicia Kuczman clad in a variety of pieces from the label's past collections.
