Xavier Boet graduated in Fine Arts at Barcelona University in 1999. The next two years he continued studying and deepening his expertise in the field of Graphics Industry and Silk-Screen Printing. During this time he also took training courses in Photography, his great passion, and in Graphic Design, working afterwards for two years as Photographer and Graphic Designer for Promotex.
Later he continued to delve further into photography, studying a Master's Degree in Photography and Design at Elisava, Barcelona School of Design and Engineering. Nowadays, he works as a Photographer and Digital Tech for fashion photography.
He has shown his works in a four solo exhibitions, "Mataró Anònim" Museu Art Contemporani Mataró, 2018; "Traveling Seeing" Barcelona, 2016-2017; "Humano.Progreso" DigiFoto, Mataró, 2016-2017 and “Gràcia de Prop” Café del Sol, Barcelona, 2016; and took part on the following group exhibitions, with other photographers: "Invisibles” C.C. Las Arenas, Barcelona, 2016, "Fragmentos" Festival DOCfield, Centre Cívic Pati LLimona, Barcelona, 2016, "(re)Visiones" Can Framis, Fundació Vila Casas, Barcelona, 2016, "Mirad(a)s" Frontó Colom, Barcelona, 2016; "Students Exhibition" of Digifoto Mataró, 2015.
